Project Scope & Objective

Youth aged 14-25+ in the targeted communities are actively participating in the local and national decision making processes through more responsive local government structures

Project Achievements

• 200 young men and women who are part of 14 youth groups are trained and qualified as master trainers to their peers in their villages on life skills trainings

• 400 young men and women who are part of 14 youth groups are trained and qualified to represent their community and their youth groups in front of official channels as they attend hearing sessions, reflection meetings and roundtable meeting with governmental official on regular basis to discuss their issues, problem, important topics and work together to reach the solutions

• Young women were encouraged to participate in the work and field activities and their participation reached over 60% of the target groups

• Over 150 governmental officials trained and qualified on some technical, life skills trainings and workshops that all aims to create a mutual space with youth and adolescents

• Planning and implementing number of reflection meetings, initiatives and other activities and conferences on the national level in cooperation between youth groups and governmental officials
